3、對影響環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的不文明行為應(yīng)進(jìn)行勸阻。有責(zé)任勸阻和制止責(zé)任區(qū)域內(nèi)的人員將垃圾桶或垃圾袋置于街道、走廊、樓梯等公用部分的不衛(wèi)生、不文明現(xiàn)象和行為，以免影響衛(wèi)生和阻塞通道。
